AMANDA HUELSE - BIOGRAPHY
Amanda earned her BA in Film and Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz in 2002. Since graduating she has worked with Edelman Productions as a production assistant on various series for the History Channel and HGTV. As a freelance journalist she has written for such publications as, San Francisco Magazine, The Santa Cruz Sentinel, America Oggi, and the internationally circulating feminist quarterly Bitch Magazine. Prior to joining InCA, Amanda was the executive assistant of public relations to Bay Area celebrity chef and restaurateur Gerald Hirigoyen. As the newest addition to the InCA team, Amanda is thrilled to return to the world of filmmaking in her native Bay Area. Amanda’s InCA credits include “Keeping Score: Revolutions in Music” Series II, (airing on PBS Great Performances, 2008/2009) and “Heart of the Universe” - a documentary set in the Greek island of Samos that traces theories of the Universe as told by cosmologist Brian Swimme.
